စိတ္ဓါတ္ခြန္အား ရွိဖုိ ့အေတာ္ အေရးၾကီးပါတယ္။ ျပႆနာေတြ ေပၚလုိ ့ ဆုိျပီး ေနာက္တြန္ ့ မသြားနဲ ့ ဆက္ျပီးေတာ့ ၾကိဳးစားစမ္း ပါ။ ကုိယ္က ဆႏၵရွိမယ္ဆုိရင္ နည္းလမ္း ကေတာ့ ေပၚလာမွာပဲ။

ကၽြန္မရဲ့ ျပင္းျပတဲ့ဆႏၵဟာ ေငြ လုိခ်င္တာေၾကာင့္ မဟုတ္ပါဘူး၊ ဘဝရဲ့ စိန္ေခၚမႈေတြနဲ ့ ေတြ ့ရလုိ ့မခံခ်င္စိတ္ နဲ ့ ျဖစ္လာ တာပါ။(Ramacahndra, Technowlegde Asia Company, Singapore).

ေအာင္ျမင္တယ္ ဆုိျပီး လက္ရွိေရာက္ေနတဲ့ ေနရာမွာပဲ ေက်နပ္ မေနပါနဲ ့၊ေရွ႔က မျမင္ရေသးတဲ့ အနာဂတ္အထိ မွန္းျပီး ဆက္ၾကိဳးစား ၾကစမ္းပါ။

ဘာ လုပ္လုပ္ အခက္အခဲေတြေတာ့ ရွိတာပဲ၊ အခက္အခဲသာ မရွိရင္ လူတုိင္း ေအာင္ျမင္ၾကမွာပဲ။ အခုေတာ့ အခက္အခဲကုိ ေက်ာ္လႊားနုိင္သူမ်ားသာ ေအာင္ျမင္ၾကတာ ျဖစ္တယ္။

မိမိဟာ ေခါင္းေဆာင္ေကာင္း တစ္ေယာက္၊ ေအာင္ျမင္သူ တစ္ေယာက္ ျဖစ္ခ်င္တယ္ ဆုိရင္ မိမိ ကုိယ္တုိင္ ဦးေဆာင္ဦးရြက္ ျပဳနုိင္ဖုိ႔ ၾကိဳးစားပါ။ ဒီလုိ ၾကိဳးစားတဲ့အခါ ယုံၾကည္မႈ အျပည့္အဝ ထားရွိပါ။ ဘာေၾကာင့္ပဲျဖစ္ျဖစ္ လက္ေလွ်ာ့ မပစ္ပါနဲ႔။

ေရရွည္တုိးတက္ဖုိ႔အတြက္ တခဏေလာက္ ဒုကၡကုိ သည္းခံပါ။ ကိုယ့္ရဲ႕ ေအာင္ျမင္မႈ အတြက္ မၾကြားပါနဲ႔၊ မေတာင္းပန္ ပါနဲ႔။

မွားခ်င္ မွားပါေစ ျပတ္ျပတ္သားသား၊ ရဲရဲဝ့ံဝ့ံ သာဆုံးျဖတ္ပါ။ တခါတေလမွာ အနာခံ၊ အနစ္နာ ခံနုိင္ဖို႔ ျပင္ဆင္ထားပါ။ တြက္ခ်က္ျပီးမွ စြန္႔စားပါ၊ ဆင္ကန္း ေတာတိုး မလုပ္ပါနဲ႔။
